How to Get Started with FWFG
If you’re new to Find What Feels Good, or yoga in general, the thought of starting a yoga practice can be daunting. But don’t worry – we’re here to help! We’ll give you some tips on how to start with FWFG.
First, pick a time that works for you. You can do FWFG anytime, anywhere – all you need is a mat and some space. If you’re just starting out, we recommend picking a time when you can be uninterrupted for at least 20 minutes. That way, you can focus on your practice and not worry about other things that might be going on in your life.
Next, choose a class or video that feels right for you. We have tons of different classes and videos available, so take your time and browse until you find something that speaks to you.
